We are excited that you are exploring this opportunity to lead at CCC! The church is made up with the people of God - empowered for the mission of God - to accomplish the purposes of God. As a church, we are transitioning into the practical application of empowerment. The Bible says that the people of the church are to do the ministry. We want to empower you to make the thing you are passionate about into your ministry!
LifeGroup Leader or Host Application
In order to take the role of a CCC LifeGroup leader or host, we want to get to know you. Please take the time to fill out the application below. Once we receive and review your application, we will contact you to discuss how CCC can partner together with you to accomplish the purposes of God!
During the month of August, LifeGroup Leaders will attend a LifeGroup
Leader’s LifeGroup at the Church Office (726 7th St SE). During this
time together, we will discuss CCC’s heart behind LifeGroups, get to
know other LifeGroup leaders, and learn the expectations of leading a
CCC LifeGroup. Leaders will begin their own LifeGroups the first week
of September.

LifeGroup Leadership Training: Aug 16, 23, & 30, 2011
