I know in this business savvy city we take root in, a lot of us are concerned, well perhaps even obsessed, with the idea of productivity and efficiency. I admit it, I'm coming out. I, too, get way more elated than I should about newly productive strategies I can implement in my life. My husband is working on this with me!
Never has that question of where we should as a company, family or individual invest our money and time been more focal than in these uncertain economic times. I just wrapped up a webinar teaching on increasing ROI on direct mailers. There isn't any industry that isn't painfully being forced to reexamine where to target their resources.
This past Sunday's service confirmed, more poignantly than I ever could in this blog, where Christ encourages us to make our investments. It so excites me to be part of a healthy group of Christ-followers in Capital City Church who are committed to seeing "Lives Changed". Their is an untouchable resounding in my Spirit that happens when I know that another's life has been touched, impacted and eternally changed by the power of Christ. It is truly an honor that God even gives us the opportunity to invest in others and be a part of seeing him "Change Lives", one life at a time.
I know that personally, my life has been transformed in an indescribable way from God working through the family of Capital City Church. From meeting my amazing husband, to working under incredible mentors to flourishing amongst friendships with beautiful women, Jesus does great works through the local church.
A Christ follower and active part of the CCC family, I am a life that has been changed.
